Carolina Suels was born in Caracas, Venezuela and studied architecture in Universidad Central de Venezuela.
She continued her studies in industrial and graphic design, digital media and in Business Strategy in Milan where she lives and works.

Her experience is enriched with an eclectic mix of working areas of the market, from exhibition to retail, to residential and hospitality design.
She worked as a graphic designer and later as an Art Director for the Warner Brothers Latinoamerican TV Channel. Back in Milan she works as a freelance architect and exhibits at the Salone Satellite during the Milan International Furniture fair.

The core working experience is matured with well known architectural firms such as Aldo Cibic, Antonio Citterio and Partners and later as an in-house architect for the high end/luxury brand Damiani Group.

She has been working at Giorgio Armani SpA for over 11 years participating in various projects such as the Armani Hotels & Resorts and several Emporio Armani Cafe and Restaurants.

At present she is in charge of Research & Development of architectural materials and resources for the maison where innovation and trend scouting is a major task. Curious, dinamic, creative and methodic, she’s always been interested in international projects and local craftmanship.
